Raymond Floyd Clay, 67, of Eakly, was received into Heaven on December 1, 2019. He was born December 15, 1951 in Carnegie, Oklahoma. Raymond was the youngest of four children born to Floyd Henry and Julia Mae Standridge Clay. Raymond contracted an illness when he was four months old that left him with severe brain damage.
