Tiffany Marie Holmes (Mayo) was born January 31st , 1983, in Lawton, Oklahoma to Phillis Mayo and Norman Cole and went to eternal peace on June 4th, 2025. Tiffany grew up in the in Anadarko, Oklahoma where she was very active in school, church and the community. Tiffany was mostly known for her beautiful voice and smile. She had the energy to light up a room. During school she became a member of the International Thespian Club, was a contestant in the Miss Warrior pageant 2 years, a member of the Honor Choirs and Southwestern Oklahoma State University Upward Bound. Through Upward Bound Tiffany was able to earn her first college credits her Junior Year in High School. She is a member of the Anadarko Class of 2001.
Tiffany attended college at SWOSU and graduated December 2005 with a bachelor's degree in business management. While at SWOSU Tiffany had the roles of Historian and Vice President of the Black Student Association, a member of the management and marketing club, and a founding sister of the SWOSU Rowdy Girls.
After college Tiffany began her career working in customer service, collections and a contract employee for the State of Oklahoma. During that time she worked at the Oklahoma Tax Commission, Oklahoma State Reagents of Higher Education and the Oklahoma State Department of Health. While at OSDH Tiffany was acknowledged as the 2019 Marion Jacewitz Award recipient for her role in raising awareness for child abuse prevention across the state. In 2020 Tiffany became the Executive Assistant to the Director of Medical Facilities and obtained her certification as a Certified Procurement Officer. She then was promoted to Executive Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner of Quality Assurance and Regulatory at OSDH.
Tiffany's love for her family and friends will never be matched or duplicated. Tiffany is proceeded in death by her son Phillip Darnel Bartley. Her Mother, Phillis Mayo Cunningham. Best friend, sister and Hero: Shaneeka Mayo. Her Maternal Grandparents: Jerry Barton Sr. and Virginia Barton. Her Paternal Grandmother: Savannah Cole, Her Aunts: Leathry Rose, Verna Pendarvis, Jan Doss. Her Uncles: Jerry Barton Jr. Vaughn Barton, Johnny Barton, Edwin Barton, Randy Cole.
She is survived by her father: Norman Cole Sr. Grand Father: Phillip Cole, Brothers: Robert Huskey Jr. Norman Cole Jr. Jessie and James Cole. Her Nieces: Alyssa Antunez, Kaylee Shosh and wife Megan Shosh, Tayla Bish, Kennedy Huskey, Kirby Huskey, Olivia Cole, Laila Cole. Her Nephews: Bryce Beckett, Norman Cole III and Great Nephews Isiah Beckett and Carter Perry. Aunts: Terry Barton and Karen Barton, Uncle: Allen Barton, Cousin: Skye Barton and family. As well as a vast loved extended family.
