Terral Walter Taylor, 69, passed away November 13, 2022. He was born on July 21, 1953 in Lawton, OK to Walter Overton and Florene (Whitehorse) Taylor.
Terry was raised in the Caddo County area. He attended St. Patrick Catholic School, graduated from Anadarko Public School in 1973. Terry received a Football scholarship from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, Durant, OK. His profession was a painter, he retired from the civil service while working in different parts of the country including Fort Sill, Lawton OK., City of Baltimore, MD, St. Louis, MO, and Palmer, AK. Terry also worked for the National Museum for the American Indian in Washington D.C.
He was blessed with two lovely daughters, Gandra and Tisa. Terry was a proud member of the Kiowa Tribe. He was a member of the O-Ho-Mah Lodge Society. Terry loved sharing his Kiowa traditional ways to his daughters and grandchildren. Terry was an avid golfer, loved listening to the Beatles, and traveling.
He was preceded in death by his: Parents, Walter and Florene Taylor; Grandparents Charlie and Laura Whitehorse; Uncles; Claude (Blackie), Roland and Mathew Whitehorse; Aunt Anna Sue Nimsey. Grandpa Price,Ava, Elaine, Marilyn, Ann, and Carolyn Price.

Tisa Taylor and companion, David Gray, Austin, TX
Grandchildren: Shelby Lovell, Madison Lovell, Harley "Bug" Lovell
Sister: Theresa Taylor, Anadarko, OK
Brothers: Thomas and Trish Taylor, Mt, View, OK; Tim Taylor, Welton, AZ
Aunt: Dorothy Whitehorse DeLaune Anadarko, OK
and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
