Rodney Bruce Walker

Rodney Bruce Walker, 73, of Cordell, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born to Benjamin and Janie (Fine) Walker on April 8, 1952. Rodney was born and raised in Stockton, California and graduated from Stagg High School in 1970. He enjoyed his working life as a mechanic, working for his dad, the Chevron Station, Lou's Garage, Idealease, and many other places. Rodney moved to Cordell, Oklahoma in May 2019 and quickly made it his home. His hobbies included boating, water skiing, fishing, raising livestock, and working on cars. Rodney was a great friend to many and had a sense of humor that was incomparable. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include: his mother, Janie Walker. Children, Joshua Walker, Amy Kucera (Chris), and Staci Davis. Grandchildren, Jordan Walker (Belgica), Kylie Kucera (Bryce), Dylan Walker, Lauryn Kucera (Alex), Ryan Orchard, and Lucas Davis. Three great-grandchildren, Jordan (J. J) Walker, Ariel, and Thiago Gutierrez. Siblings, Nancy (Walker) Davidson (Mike), and Rick Walker.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ben Walker, great-granddaughter, Lili Gutierrez.
