Raymond Dwyatt Frazier

Raymond Dwyatt Frazier born May 1, 1945 passed away surrounded by the love of his family on February 11th at the Lawton/Ft Sill Veterans Center. He will be remembered for his strength, his dedication to those he loved, and the lasting impact he made on everyone who knew him.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Hazel Frazier; his beloved wife, Judy R. Frazier; and his siblings, Cleo Miller, Jesse Frazier, George Frazier, and Leon Frazier.

Raymond is survived by his wife, Carolyn Frazier; his children, Robert E. Frazier II and wife, Jin A. Keon; Penny J. Therrien; Amanda H. Harrington and husband, Matthew; Rebecca A. Frazier; Buster K. McClish and wife, Maranda; Kathleen R. Frazier; and Donna (Candy) Hinton; his brother, Leonard Frazier; and his cherished 10 grandchildren, Carter and Gehrig McClish; Ryan and Hayley Sopha; Carver, Chloe, and Ella Conklin; and Luke Harrington, each of whom brought him great pride and joy.

Raymond proudly served his country in the United States Army for 24 years as a helicopter mechanic and Crew Chief, demonstrating unwavering dedication, skill, and leadership. Following his military retirement, he continued his life of service with more than 10 years as a Radio Technician for the Oklahoma State Highway Patrol, ensuring the safety and communication systems that support law enforcement across the state.

He was a proud and active member of the American Legion Post in Carnegie, Oklahoma, where he remained committed to supporting fellow veterans and his community. He also generously gave his time volunteering with the Gideons, continuing his lifelong dedication to service, camaraderie, and country.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you honor Raymond's memory by making a donation to either Gideons International or the local American Legion. Additionally, they encourage you to spend quality time with loved ones and share stories that keep his spirit alive.

Family was at the center of Raymond's life. He leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and devotion that will continue through his children and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those whose lives he touched.
