Omega Arlene Shockey

Omega Arlene McCoy was born October 5, 1945 to Arlo and Annie McCoy. She had 1 Sister Sue McCoy Morgan and husband Paul of Bethany, Oklahoma and 1 Brother Randy Max McCoy of Putnam. She married Terry Dale Shockey December 1, 1961. To this union they had 3 daughters, Terry Pool, Lisa Neeley, and Tricia Lawson. Arlene graduated from Cordell High School. Her and Dale traveled around as he worked in construction. They settled down in Cordell and raised their girls. Arlene worked in insurance. Arlene passed away peacefully on May 21, 2025.

Arlene is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, first husband Dale Shockey, and second husband Harry Welch.

Arlene is survived by her daughter Terry Pool and husband Jerry, daughter Lisa Neeley and husband Clarence, daughter Tricia Lawson and husband Mark. Arlene has 8 grandkids, Justin Pool of Cordell, Dustin Pool of Cordell, Chad Pool and wife Rebecca Pool of Cordell, Kristin Todd and husband Jay of Rocky, Brandon Neeley and wife Kaite of Cordell, Hunter Kliewer and wife McKenna of Bessie, Garrett Lawson and wife Georgia of Bessie, Lexie Lawson and husband Kolt of Bessie. She had 20 great grandkids and 2 great great grandkids.
