Nannette Bert, 47, of Carnegie, OK passed away Friday, August 17th, 2012. She was born December 22nd, 1964 to Ramon and Martha (Koomsa) Perez in Lawton, OK. She graduated from Carnegie High School in 1983 and later joined the United States Army where she was honorably discharged. Nannette was a member of the Native American Church. She loved and cherished all of her family and friends and always lived each day to the fullest as a loving mother for her children. She was blessed by the miracle birth of her baby Praze Bert.

 She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Bill and Henrietta (Satepauhoodle) Koomsa Sr., namesakes, Nannie Belle Koomsa and Fay Rena Haumpy-Barre, sister, Marla Perez, granddaughter, Jadan Faye Bert and special nephew, Warren "Kane" Bointy

 Funeral Service: 10:30a.m., Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at the First Baptist Church, Carnegie
