Leonard Keith Elrod

Keith went to be with the Lord, April 19, 2026 at home, he was 57. His loving wife Tammy was by his side. Luke 23:43 And He said to him, "Truly I say to you, today you will be with Me in paradise."

Keith was born May 28, 1958, to Lawrence and Irene (Harris) Elrod in Anadarko, Oklahoma. He grew up in Gracemont, where he attended all 12 years of school, graduating in 1976. Keith enjoyed listening to music, riding motorcycles with Tammy, cooking out with family and friends, and just chillin'. Keith dedicated his life to the Lord in November 2025.

Keith retired from PSO as foreman of a line crew, May 2, 2022, after 16 years. He had worked in the line industry for a total of 32 years with the City of Anadarko and Caddo Electric.

Keith married the love of his life Tammy Whitfield, September 21, 2002. Together they enjoyed 23 1⁄2 years of adventures. Keith was a loving and supportive husband to Tammy, and he loved his children and grandchildren dearly. He is survived by wife Tammy of the home, daughters Jaci and Kipp Olson of Fountain, CO; Christi and Justin Carey of Washita, OK. Son Joshua Elrod and Monica, of Anadarko, OK. And 10 grandchildren. Also sister Charlotte Davis of Grandfield, OK, and brother Ronnie Womack of Norman,

OK.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Troy Womack, Buddy Womack, and L.D. Elrod.

Celebration of Life for Leonard "Keith" Elrod of Gracemont, Oklahoma, will be held Monday, April 27, 2026, at The Lost Cowboy Church of Gracemont. Pastor Billy Harmon will officiate.

Services are under the direction of Ray & Marthas Funeral Home of Anadarko, Oklahoma. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 25th, 1:00 - 8:00 pm, with family present 5:00-7:00 pm; Sunday, April 26th, 1:00-8:00 pm. Matthew 5:4 "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted."
