Modena was a devoted homemaker who took great pride in caring for her family and for anyone else who needed her help. She found joy in quilting and cooking, especially when it meant feeding others. At church potlucks, she was well known for her peach cobbler and her red punch
- both expected and always appreciated. She also loved canning jelly and pickles and made sure her family was never without, keeping them well supplied throughout the years.
Modena's life was marked by a deep devotion and faith in the Lord and as well as an unwavering commitment to her family. Her faith guided her life, service and care for others, which was made evident through her kindness, humility, and quiet strength. Family was at the center of her world, as she poured herself into loving, supporting, and praying for those she held dear.
She leaves behind not only cherished memories but a legacy of faith, kindness, and quiet strength that will continue to guide her loved ones We take comfort in the promise of Revelation 21:4 - That God will wipe away every tear and make all things new - as she rests eternally in HIS presence.
