Federico "Fred" Chapa, 85, of Hobart, Oklahoma, went to be with the Lord on April 28, 2026. He was born on December 14, 1940, in Alice, Texas, to Manuela (Rangel) Chapa and Federico Chapa, Sr.
Fred was united in marriage to the love of his life, Lupe Medrano, on July 18, 1961, in Altus, Oklahoma. Their loving union was blessed with four children: Frederick Paul Chapa, Alfred John Chapa, Sally Ann Monday, and Barbara Kay Stewart. Together, they built a life centered on faith, family, and devotion.
