Della Carolyn Farmer, 77, of Anadarko, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on June 23, 2025. She was born on April 15, 1948, to Carl Franklin and Leoma M (Perkins) Gandy in Dibble, Oklahoma. She grew up and attended school in Bradley graduating from Bradley High School in 1965. Della attended college at USAO, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She married Kenneth Leon Farmer on February 24, 1967. To this union was born one daughter, Rita. Della spent her working life teaching 2nd grade. She loved working with children. Della was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School. She loved feeding and watching birds, especially hummingbirds, she also enjoyed gardening. Della will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sister-in-law: Deanna Farmer, Adams, OK
Many nieces, nephew, cousins and other family and friends.
Preceded in death by her Parents: Carl & Leoma Gandy, Husband: Kenneth Farmer, bonus Daughter: Christey Miller, Siblings: Mary Pierce, Utah Clayton, Donnie Clayton, Vergie Talbott, Edward Clayton, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
