Danny Lanig

Danny Ray Lanig, 70, of Hobart, Oklahoma, passed away on April 4, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on September 12, 1955, to Joseph Antone Lanig and Nawana Kareen Starks-Parks in Hobart, Oklahoma. Danny grew up and attended school in Hobart. He enlisted in the United States Navy and served honorably. Danny spent his working life as a truck driver, and in the oil fields. He was an avid carpenter and loved working outdoors. In his later years Danny loved to travel to various countries and spend time with his family. He will be remembered by those that knew him for his caring heart and will be deeply missed by family and friends.

Son: Joseph Lanig & wife Jenjira Budsarakam, Virginia Beach, VA

Daughter: Cristy Schuh & husband Austin Schuh, Oklahoma City, OK

Preceded in death by his brothers Roger Lanig, and Larry Starks.
