Cynthia Ann Anderson

Cynthia Ann Anderson, 62, of San Antonio, Texas, daughter of Toni Ann and Robert Eugene Williamson, was born on December 20, 1963. She passed away on September 5, 2026, in Pleasanton, Texas.

From a young age, Cindy had a deep love for animals due to growing up around her grandparents' farm. She loved nature, the country, horses, and she was a people person. Her time around the farm helped shape her love for animals, the outdoors, and the simple beauty of country life. Her love for farm life and nature remained an important part of who she was throughout her life. She missed her Oklahoma roots, the place that helped shape who she became, but the Texas bluebonnets and the Texas sunrises kept her drawn into the home she built in Texas.

Cindy attended Anadarko Public Schools and was a member of the Class of 1982. During her school years, she was involved in Blue Birds, Camp Fire Girls, and was a cheerleader. She enjoyed being active, making friendships, and being part of her school community.

Cindy was a homemaker until she had her calling to the Navy. Her daddy lovingly called her "Sin Bad the Sailor," never knowing that one day she would grow up to become a sailor herself. Cindy enlisted in the United States Navy on November 26, 1985, and proudly served as an Aviation Machinist's Mate Airman Recruit (ADAR). Cindy loved working on engines through the Navy, and that love of mechanics started in her younger years when she would work on cars.

Upon separation from the Navy, Cindy went to cosmetology school in Colorado Springs and moved her business to San Antonio, Texas, where she continued to share her talents and build relationships with those around her. Cindy's artistic abilities, intelligence, and creativity were reflected in her work and in the way she connected with others. She had a natural gift for creating beauty and bringing her own special touch to everything she did.

Cindy found her love for the Lord and made sure that she would tell her children about Him. Her favorite saying when facing any problem was, "The answer is in the Bible." Her faith became a source of strength and guidance throughout her life.

Cindy loved her family deeply. She was a person who could put her mind to anything and accomplish it. She faced life with determination, strength, and a willingness to overcome any challenge placed before her.

Cindy will be remembered for her love of family, animals, nature, horses, the country life, her faith, her service to her country, and the kindness she showed to everyone she met. She had a special way of making people feel loved and valued, and her memory will continue to live on through the many lives she touched.
