Clarence Vaughn Wapskineh
August 2, 1958 — October 6, 2025
Clarence Vaughn Wapskineh, 67, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma and former resident of Anadarko, Oklahoma passed away on October 6, 2025. He was born on August 2, 1958, in Lawton, Oklahoma to Thelma (Todome) Wapskineh and Harvey Wapskineh. He grew up and attended school in Anadarko. Clarence was a painter in the Tulsa area and Las Vegas creating artwork for the community to enjoy. He was a proud member of the Kiowa Tribe. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Left to honor the memory of Clarence are his siblings, Harvetta Wapskineh of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; Lavelda Jessepe, Catoosa, Oklahoma; Monica Alverado, Denver, Colorado; and Tim Lewis, Fort Cobb, Oklahoma; and aunt, Betty Washburn, Apache, Oklahoma.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Joey Lewis; and sister Jeri Lewis.
