Allan Ray Bowlin, 71, of Carnegie, Oklahoma, passed away unexpectedly on July 1, 2025. He was born on December 12, 1953, to Loyd and Arletta (Walker) Bowlin in Carnegie, Oklahoma. Allan grew up and attended school in the Alden community through grade school, and then in Carnegie, graduating from Carnegie High School in 1972. He married the love of his life Rebecca "Becky" Fritz on November 10, 1973, in Mountain View, Oklahoma. Allan began working at Bowlin Construction with his father after graduating high school, and continued to operate his construction business up until his passing. He was a member of the Carnegie First Baptist Church and was baptized on March 29, 1964.. Allan loved going to his grandkids' activities including softball and baseball games, basketball games, and trap shoots.. He never missed any of the grankids' activities. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was an avid craftsman. Allan believed in givng back to the community whenever he could. Throughout his life, he donated time and labor and was involved with the Carnegie Round-Up Club and the Carnegie Little League. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceded in death by his Wife: Becky Bowlin, Parents: Loyd and Arletta Bowlin, and 3 Brothers: Jerry Bowlin, Wayne Bowlin, and Hal Bowlin.
