Tracy Lynn Smith, 53, of Dill City, Oklahoma passed away on January 28, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on March 30, 1968 to Jackie and Jean (Birkenmayer) Gahr in Alton, Illinois. She married the love of her life, Russell Smith on August 23, 1986. They spent 38 wonderful years together. She worked as a bank teller and proof operator for many years. Tracy loved spending time with her grandchildren more than anything in the world. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and so much more. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
