    November 26, 1986 - April 23, 2016

    Elisabeth Ann Wetselline, 29, of Anadarko, Oklahoma passed away on April 23, 2016 in Anadarko. She was born November 26, 1986 to Marian Ann Wetselline in Lawton, Oklahoma. Elisabeth was raised by her adopted father William C. Tartsah. She attended school in Anadarko. Elisabeth had a gift of sharing her loving spirit with others she came in contact with, she had a genuine heart-felt smile that will be forever cherished. Elisabeth had a special talent of writing poetry in her spare time, she was never afraid to sing or dance in front of others, as she was full of life and laughter. She had the gift of never meeting a stranger. Elisabeth was a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. She is survived by her mother, Marian Ann Ramirez, Anadarko, OK Adopted Father: Willie C. Tartsah and wife Lois, Anadarko, OK Sisters: Brandy Balderas and husband Pedro, Ringwood, OK ; Bonita Delapaz and Raul of Ringwood, OK; Patricia Tartsah of Ringwood, OK Brothers: William Lynn Tartsah, Anadarko, OK; Brent Tartsah of Scottsdale, AZ; Micah Tartsah of Scottsdale, OK Children: Makayla Perez, Icsis Campa, and Elias John Mellencamp of, Anadarko, OK Special Brother & Sister: Jared Tartsah, Norman, OK; Jemma Tartsah of Hollywood, FL Makayla's Father: Mario Perez, Atlanta, GA Icsis Campa's Father: Rudy Campa Elias John Mellencamp's Father: Eric Mellencamp, Anadarko, OK Grandmothers: Martha Perez, Carnegie, OK Wilda Koomsa, Carnegie, OK Peggy Maynahonah, Carnegie, OK Eva Wetselline, Carnegie, OK Grandfathers: Terry Wetselline, Anadarko, OK Phillip Wetselline, Apache, OK Barry Wetselline, Anadarko, OK Hugh Sam Redbone, Anadarko, OK Uncle: Frank Tartsah and wife Debra, Cache, OK And Numerous friends and acquaintances.
