Betty D Merrill

Betty D. Merrill, 91, of Cordell, Oklahoma passed away peacefully with family by her side on March 26th, 2020 at the Cordell Christian Home. She was born on April 3rd, 1928 to Fred and Willie (Flowers) Crawford in Hydro, Oklahoma. Betty grew up and attended school in Colony after graduation she attended Southwestern Oklahoma State College. She later moved to Oklahoma City to work while waiting for the love of her life to return from the Army. Betty married Buck Merrill on June 19, 1949 to this union was born 5 Children; Tommy, Randy, Tim, LaDonna and Michele. In 1953, they moved to Cordell, Oklahoma and opened Cordell Manufacturing. Betty loved her family very much and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
