Wanda M Hooper passed away August 31, 2017 at her home in Carnegie, Oklahoma. She was born October 09, 1929 in Roosevelt, Oklahoma to William Webb and Lola Bell Cary Caldwell.

Wanda attended school at Mountain View graduating with the Class of 1947. Wanda worked for fifteen years for the Carnegie School as a cook. She was employeed at Carnegie Foods for many years. She also worked as an Army Ammunition Plant Inspector in the Bomb Line. Wanda was an avid Carnegie Wildcat fan. She was a big fan of OU Women's Softball and she loved the OKC Thunder especially Russell Westbrook. Wanda was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mountain View, Oklahoma.

Survived by one daughter: Martha Smith of Krebs, Oklahoma
Three Grandchildren: Justin Hooper and wife Jamie of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jennifer Jameson of McAlester, Oklahoma and Staci Clunn of Krebs, Oklahoma.
Five Great Grandchildren: Brett Lance Jameson, Sydney Hooper, Corbyn Hooper, Gage Womack, and Avery Moore.
Two Brothers: Wayne & Lois Caldwell of Sayre, Oklahoma and Paul & Mary Sue Caldwell of Carnegie, Oklahoma.
Very Special Niece: Paula Watson & husband Jason of Carnegie, Oklahoma and children Jesseca and Jake.
Numeros nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, D.C. "Buck" Hooper, two sons John & Jerry Hooper, Daughter in law Debbie Hooper, and Son in Law Jimmy Smith.

Services: Tuesday, September 5, 2017, 10:00 AM, First United Methodist Church, Mountain View, Oklahoma.

I am at such a loss for words. I loved Wanda! I always have and always will cherish every conversation conversation and piece of advice she gave me. My sincerest sympathies and heartfelt prayers to the family.

Wanda was a bright spot when we served at the church in Mt.
