Charlotte Jean Schmidt,79, went to her heavenly home on after a brief battle with cancer on January 30th, 2018 with family by her side. She was born on October 20th, 1938 to Albert and Clara (Chadd) Knauf on the family farm near Cordell. It was her grandfather who declared her name could be Charlotte.
